Sanro Pole, a Hidden Paradise Behind the Cliffs of Sumbawa

Hidden not far from Ai Lemak Beach, Sanro Pole offers an exotic coastal charm that captivates visitors at first sight. Nestled within a natural cove framed by towering cliffs, this beach features pristine white sand perfectly complemented by the deep blue waters of Sumbawa. The journey to Sanro Pole is part of the adventure itself, requiring visitors to walk for about twenty minutes along the shoreline, climb over rocky cliffs, and descend a natural path leading down to the beach.

Before making the descent, there is a special photo spot that presents a breathtaking panoramic view of Sumbawa Bay from above. Visiting in the late afternoon is highly recommended, when the setting sun bathes the beach in golden hues, creating a magical and romantic atmosphere.

Although Sanro Pole has yet to be equipped with proper facilities and road access, this untouched condition is precisely what makes it so appealing. Its natural state remains well preserved, making it an ideal location for camping and snorkeling.
