Samota Bridge is the result of an ambitious project designed to connect the tourism areas of Saleh Bay, Moyo Island, and Mount Tambora. Located between Labuhan Sumbawa Village and Brang Biji Urban Village, the bridge has become one of the favorite recreational spots for residents of Sumbawa Besar. The road section connected by the bridge is often used as a jogging track in the late afternoon.

Situated less than ten minutes from Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport, the bridge is best visited in the afternoon to fully enjoy the surrounding scenery. At certain times, under clear skies, visitors are treated to beautiful sunset views and the exotic atmosphere of the traditional harbor at the river mouth of Kali Baru Hamlet, Labuhan Sumbawa Village, Labuhan Badas District.
